At Aurena Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Aurena gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
